Drivers Improvement Program
DLC’s Training has an accrediated driving school and we offer an approved Drivers Improvement program that can be either in class or done online.
Driver Improvement course is 6 hours. Students can complete the course independently at their home at their own pace, or take it at one of our refularly scheduled courses. We offer one on one courses that can be done at our location or yours at increased costs.
This course is for those already with a Class 5 or 5N License, it is to:

- those looking to remove N from their license
- those issued a letter from the Government asking them to complete a certified Defensive Driving Program
- those looking to remove points from driver abstract
- those looking for a refresher on the rules of the road.
Students will receive a certificate usually within 24 hours of completion by email for those that do it online, and will leave with the certificate when done in class.

The course:
The course is an established, proven program designed to produce:
- fewer vehicle collisions;
- less absenteeism due to injuries and court time; and
- life-long safe driving habits.
- DDC is designed for the adult learner.
Complete concepts are presented so they are easily understood.
Materials are fully integrated. This enables participants who can’t read well to learn visually and through group discussion.
